About This Blend

Green tea brings a lighter, cleaner energy than black tea, balanced by L-theanine for calm focus without the jitter. Peppermint and spearmint cool and refresh. The chai spices (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove) ground it with the warmth and depth you expect. How To Brew

For a classic cup:
Heat water to 170–180°F. Steep 1 tea bag or 1–2 teaspoons loose leaf for 1–3 minutes. Enjoy as is, or add a splash of milk and honey.

For a mint chai latte:
Brew double strength, steam or froth your milk of choice, and pour over. The mint holds up beautifully in milk.

For iced Marrakech chai:
Brew hot, let cool, pour over ice. Add a fresh mint sprig and a slice of lemon. This is the all-day iced tea you've been looking for.

Important: Don't use boiling water and don't over-steep. Green tea is delicate. 170–180°F and 1–3 minutes is the sweet spot. Too long and it turns bitter.
